Maintaining computerized Books of accounts (using Tally Accounting Software).
Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies.
Processing all employee related reimbursement forms.
Maintenance and reconciliation of petty cash register.
Arranging for the safe and secure banking of all incomes received.
Bank tracing of fees and other incomes received.
Preparing periodical Bank Reconciliation Statement.
Preparation of payment vouchers.
Fulfilling other duties as and when required from time to time.
Education & Experience:
A bachelor s / Master s degree in Commerce is desirable.
3 years of experience in Accounting.
Familiarity with accounting software is essential. - Tally Accounting Software.
Good communication skills with attention to details.
