RCC - Revival Contracting Company إحياء للمقاولات is a licensed contracting company located in Amman, Jordan that specializes in interior fit-out, finishing, and furniture. We design and build commercial, residential, and office spaces within budget and on time. Our team is made up of a group of engineers, architects, and interior designers who work together to ensure the success of our projects.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, generating leads, identifying potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role also requires managing a team of sales and marketing associates, preparing reports, and contributing to the development of the company's business plan.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the contracting or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other ai design software is beneficial
