Your responsibilities will include: • Coordinating and monitoring the activities of design consultants, contractors, suppliers etc. • Coordinating between client and site office. • Coordinating with all stakeholders to attend to code and program requirements. • Coordinating design changes on site and checking that design is followed. • Monitoring closely execution of the works to verify adherence to the design and intent for appropriate and fit-for-purpose installation. • Developing and implementing work schedules and identifying critical paths. • Coordinating work on-site with inspection agencies. • Reviewing the contractors’ payment applications and participating in the timely preparation of monthly payment requisitions as required. • Reviewing and being familiar with relevant project codes. • Keeping project leads and department heads informed and attending workshops as required. • Participating in testing and commissioning, project closeout, etc. About you You have a bachelor’s degree in architecture. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and lead strong, motivated teams.
