We are seeking a dynamic and experienced UK Curriculum Specialist to join our team at Al Jazeera Academy. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of our education programs by bringing expertise in the UK curriculum. As a UK Curriculum Specialist, you will contribute to the development and implementation of a world-class educational experience for our diverse student body. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: 1. Design, develop, and update the UK curriculum to meet the specific needs of our students. 2. Ensure alignment with international education standards and best practices. 3. Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate innovative and effective teaching methodologies. Professional Development: 1. Provide training and professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their understanding of the UK curriculum. 2. Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in UK education. Assessment and Evaluation: 1. Implement assessment strategies to monitor student progress and ensure continuous improvement. 2. Analyze assessment data to inform curriculum adjustments and instructional strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, administrators, and school improvement consultants to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Qualifications: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field, NPQH Extensive experience in implementing and developing the UK curriculum. Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead professional development sessions and mentor teachers.
