Job Title: Graphic and Website Designer

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop visually compelling graphics illustrations and layouts for various marketing materials including print and digital collateral.
  
• Create and refine brand assets ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  
• Design and implement visually appealing and userfriendly websites that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
  
• Utilize UI/UX principles to enhance website functionality and user experience.
  
• Create engaging visuals for digital marketing campaigns including social media graphics email templates and online advertisements.
  
• Optimize graphics for various digital platforms considering responsive design principles.
  
• Ensure consistent branding and design elements across all online and offline channels.
  
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously adhering to timelines and delivering highquality work within specified deadlines.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends design tools and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative and contemporary design concepts.
  
• Any other duty assigned by the line manager.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Web Design or a related field.
  
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in graphic and website design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and experience with web design tools (e.g. Figma Sketch).
  
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
  
• Knowledge of HTML CSS and web development tools.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and clients.
  
• Detailoriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design consistency.
  
• Ability to adapt to changing design trends and technologies.
