Job Description:

RISER is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing & Social Media Intern to join our team. In this role you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to our dynamic platforms growth and engage with a global community of motorcyclists. As a Marketing & Social Media Intern you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and providing essential support in digital marketing efforts. This internship offers a unique chance to gain handson experience in the world of digital marketing and social media within the context of a rapidly growing tech company. Parttime of 12 hours per week in the companys office in Vienna Austria.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

• Create curate and schedule engaging content for RISERs social media channels (Facebook Instagram X (former Twitter) and more).
• Monitor and respond to comments messages and mentions on social media to maintain a positive and interactive community.
• Develop and execute creative social media campaigns to increase brand awareness engagement and user acquisition.
• Analyze social media data and insights to optimize content strategy and track performance metrics.

2. Content Creation:

• Collaborate with the content team to produce visually appealing and informative posts including images videos and written content.
• the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns including email marketing paid advertising and SEO optimization.
• Monitor
• Help create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and engaging online presence.

3. Digital Marketing Support:

• Assist in and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives to identify areas for improvement.

4. Community Engagement:

• Actively engage with the RISER community fostering relationships and gathering usergenerated content.
• Support the organization of virtual and physical events related to motorcycling and the RISER platform.

5. Research and Trends:

• Stay uptodate with industry trends emerging technologies and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.

Requirements :

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing Communication Business or a related field.
• Passion for motorcycles and an understanding of the motorcycling community is a plus.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging and innovative content.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
