Restaurant Manager Daytime

Teamworx are delighted to recruiting a dedicated restaurant Manager with strong hospitality experience to join our clients reknowed eatery in East Co. Cork. The ideal candidate will work in conjunction with the F&B Manager that is dedicated to train & guide the team.

The Role:

• Ensure all customers receive the highest standard of customer care
  
• Respond to customer queries compliments and complaints should they arise
  
• Coordinate the operation of the venue during scheduled shifts
  
• Be a part of the recruitment process for our growing team
  
• Train manage and motivate staff
  
• Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
  
• Managing budgets
  
• Maintaining statistical and financial records
  
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws
  
• High standards of quality control hygiene and health and safety
  
• Work with senior managers to appraise colleague s performance and provide feedback to keep team motivated and productive
  
• Control costs and minimise waste
  
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
  

• Have experience within a highvolume restaurant.
  
• Have a keen eye for detail.
  
• Be a handson natural leader.
  
• Levelheaded/sensible and consistent in nature trustworthy and reliable
  
• Ability to work flexibly under pressure with a good sense of humour
  
• Approachable with excellent people skills
  
• Previous experience and strong knowledge of food and beverage essential
  
• 2 years experience in a management role
  

• Salary up to 40000 5k Bonus
