Senior 3D Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior 3D Designer to join our team specializing in Technical Drawings Project Execution and providing support to our team of architects and engineers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing intricate 3D drawings and renderings ensuring highquality presentations to clients and managing all administrative tasks associated with the role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D drawings and renderings with a focus on quality presentation to clients.
  

• Manage administrative tasks inherent to the role.
  

• Study and develop 3D and 2D layouts using AutoCAD and Revit.
  

• Create detailed designs for parts and projects.
  

• Prepare licensing and execution projects.
  

• Generate comprehensive lists of materials required for each project.
  

• Oversee project execution and ensure adherence to established deadlines.
  

• Proficient in Revit (preferred).
  

• Ensure the successful completion of projects within specified timelines.
  

Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of drawing tools such as AutoCAD Revit and Excel.
  

• Proficient in English (mandatory).
  

• Availability for occasional travel.
  

• Proficient in MS Office.
  

• Solid understanding of AutoCAD.
  

• Familiarity with 3D programs.
  

• Excellent organizational skills deadline setting and adherence.
  

• Strong interpersonal skills and a teamoriented spirit.
  

• Punctual reliable and dynamic.
  

• Immediate availability.
  

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles (mandatory).
  

• Proven experience in the architecture and/or engineering sector.
