Call center sales and retention officers is to effectively communicate with customers promoting and selling products or services while also addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction to retain their business.
Skills :
Passionately Grow Revenue
- Achieve product related sales as per agreed targets
- Cross sell products and upsell as per agreed targets.
- Place outbound calls to customers to retain or sell new products to them.
Compliance & KYC
- Must possess good communication skills.
- Should be flaunt in any of the Ghanaian languages.
- Should possess problem solving skills.
