Job Purpose:

The job holder is responsible for overseeing the Initiation of Project WBS ensuring a smooth transition from Solution to project execution and implementing the project plan without deviation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new programs or initiatives including program design budgeting and resource allocation.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy that aligns with the organizations mission and longterm goals.

• Identify opportunities for program expansion and innovation.

• Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture within the programs department.

• Monitor and report on program financial performance.

• Establish and implement program monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track progress measure outcomes and ensure accountability.

• Use data and insights to make informed decisions and drive program improvements.

• Managing projects lifecycle

• Build and maintain strong relationships with program partners funders donors and other stakeholders.

• Collaborate with external partners to leverage resources and expertise.

• Provide regular program updates and reports Project plan control and reporting to higher management.

• Effectively communicate program successes and impact to internal and external audiences.

• Ensure program compliance with all relevant regulations laws and funding requirements.

• Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to work and information.

• Perform any other duties assigned to him/her related to the nature of the work.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree (Electrical/Electronics/Telecom) or Equivalent.

• Minimum 4 5 years of experience in proposal management tendering or a related field.

Job Specific Skills:

• Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in proposal management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality work.
