In the role of forklift driver Rotterdam you will become part of our team at a leading customer where customer satisfaction is central. You play an important role in the logistics process where you are responsible for the accurate and safe loading and unloading of incoming goods using a forklift.

It is essential that you provide good service to our customers in collaboration with your colleagues. After correctly placing the goods you are also involved in the administrative process such as registering the received goods.

Tasks

Your tasks include:

• Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift. In addition you ensure correct handling of the flow of goods;
• Administrative work including keeping track of incoming goods;
• Transporting goods within the company so that they end up in the right departments or in the required refrigerated storage areas.

Requirements

What do we expect from you as a forklift driver

We expect you to:

• Have gained experience operating a forklift or are in possession of a valid forklift certificate;
• Have completed at least an MBO course at level 2 or 3 in the field of logistics;
• Can work independently without problems and get along well with colleagues.
