Role: Blackberry MDM L1& L2 Engineer

Experience L1 : 36 years

Experience L2 : 610 Years.

Skill: Blackberry Mobile device management .

Contract duration: 12 months .

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor Blackberry Mobile device Management solution.
• Identify and define Mobile devices security requirements.
• Implement detailed mobile devices security policies( L1).
• Design mobile devices security architectre and develop detailed mobile devices security policies (L2 ).

• Device onboarding and enrolment.
• App & Device management.
• Device health & performance monitoring.
• Device retirement or decommissioning.
• Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols.
• Troubleshoot mobile devices integrations with MDM solution.
• Ensure that the company knows as much as possible as quickly as possible about security incidents.
• Write comprehensive reports and dashboards for the mobile devices security and compliance.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Overall 310 years of experience in IT & Security with at least 1 3 year of experience of working on MDM solutions.
• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Computer or relevant sciences.
• Preferable to have Blackberry MDM experience.
• Good to have hands on experience of anyone endpoint security solution.
• Experience in analysing complex problems and testing autonomous technical solutions.
• Good to have any MDM technology administration certification.
