We are looking for an Automation Manager who is passionate about designing and developing test automation frameworks, working on diverse platforms like Web, Mobile, APIs, Desktop etc. and delivering high quality software products. You will be part of the CXS Development team, responsible for leading test automation and certifying Casino Management Software solution, touching every possible aspect of Aristocrat s user functionalities and internal infrastructure.

As Manager - Quality Automation, you will play a key role in delivery of a best-in-class Casino Management System and Bonusing Software through leading test automation and performance testing requirements. We put strong emphasis on individual ownership and value people who take pride in working over the full lifecycle of a project.

Job Requirements

• Create and deliver test automation strategy and plan for projects.
  
• Estimate testing tasks for projects, monitor the progress and report on different test cycles across releases to stakeholders.
  
• Design and implement frameworks for smooth transition of manual to automated testing process, working as the Architect of Test Automation.
  
• Evaluate software test automation tools (like low code/no code tools), based on the need of products, with technology driven mindset.
  
• Implement continuously integrated solutions for testing products end-to-end.
  
• Lead test automation efforts, converting manual test cases into automated test scripts, as feasible.
  
• Build and maintain a highly motivated team.
  
• Drive efficiency and productivity of the test team through continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Drive performance/Load testing, working in collaboration with architects and product owners.
  
• Setup and configure test environments, fixtures and games as required by the test plans or standards.
  
• Verify the fixes/new features and analyze the impact to identify the modules needed to be regression tested.
  
• Support Accredited Test Facility as well as Regulators, assisting in testing features and help maintain their test environments.
  
• Maintain hands-on execution capacity for self.
  
• Identify and resolve product issues/queries with Engineering, Compliance, regulatory agencies etc.
  

Qualifications

• 12-15 years experience in software testing with at least 4-6 years of experience in people management.
  
• 6-8 years hands-on experience in test automation and performance testing, designing and developing test automation frameworks for complex systems.
  
• Experience in developing continuous integration and testing.
  
• Expertise on C# (alternatively Java) and efficient in debugging issues on IDEs like Eclipse/Visual Studio.
  
• Experienced in working with test automation of Web, Mobile, API and Desktop applications.
  
• Experienced in Behavior Driven Development on Selenium-Cucumber framework.
  
• Good understanding of test automation tools like Selenium, UFT and Low-code/no-code automation tools.
  
• Exposure to API test automation through SoapUI, with knowledge of Groovy Scripting.
  
• Sound knowledge on TestNG framework for unit testing, build tools like Maven/ANT and Jenkins for continuous Integration.
  
• Experience working on performance test tools like JMeter, Load Runner etc.
  
• Experience working on databases and writing SQL queries.
  
• Proficiency in writing and reviewing test strategy/plan and experience in managing teams.
  
• Proficiency in communication - both verbal and written.
  
• Experience in Casino Gaming/Digital Gaming will be an advantage.
