Project Architect

• Drafting and designing store layout plans
  
• Preparing budgets material documents and specification lists for approval
  
• Acting as an intermediary between clients vendors and the team members
  
• Preparing and providing with materials and project specification details to the team and vendor
  
• Undertaking regular site visits to ensure construction adheres to the plan and check for quality and safety procedures
  
• Overseeing the site work handle Contractors and coordinate with other team members
  
• Reviewing the project budget and ensuring project completion within the time schedules assigned
  
• Developing and maintaining project schedules
  
• Conducting a final inspection after the project is complete
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in architecture design or similar.
  
• Advanced knowledge of drafting software including AutoCAD and SketchUp
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Ability to translate concepts into functional construction designs
  
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis
  
• Knowledge of costs and time frames for the project completion
