Internship Operations

The opportunity

Were currently looking for an Intern. Someone to join our Operations team in order support the steering of all processes after an order is placed in our system. Someone with a passion for electric mobility an interest in technology and a desire to create the change we know is needed. And someone who doesnt mind the occasional bit of sustainable travel in the service of a cleaner form of electric performance.

This position is located at our Cologne office requiring a minimum of three days per week. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work knowing that both inperson collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time and support to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it of course.

The responsibilities

• KPI reporting support

• Daily operational development and maintenance of delivery tools

• Polestar Benchmark

• Transport and Logistics

• Stock management & internal vehicle management

• Support and management of delivery projects and fleet processes

The ideal candidate

We are looking for collaborative and communicative students with a high level of drive used to taking initiatives and work independently. You are process driven with thorough attention to detail. You possess growth mindset with looking at things from a positive perspective and thinking outside the box to solve them.

In order to succeed in this role and at Polestar in general there are a few characteristics youll need to have. Tenacity. Flexibility. Curiosity. The ability to take the initiative to meet deadlines and requirements and to abandon ideas when theyre not feasible.

• Structured approach to problem solving/solution oriented thinking

• Interactive open personality (the position will also be a link between different teams)

In addition youll need the following qualifications:

• BA/MA Studies within Business Administration or similar field
• Experience within the automotive industry helpful
• Previous internships within Operations helpful
• Fluent German
• Advanced English Skills helpful
• MS Excel/ Powerpoint/ Word
