Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Sociology, Economics or other social sciences field
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic research, writing and analysis
  
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to write clearly and concisely for academic audiences
  
• Experience in publishing academic papers in reputable academic journals
  
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis software.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and meet deadlines
  
• Knowledge of research ethics and principles
  
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to a non-specialist audience
