• At least possess a Diploma, Bachelor s Degree or equivalent.
  
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  
• Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures
  
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns
  
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
  
• Excellent communication skills in English and other languages including active listening
