A leading BPO company is looking for Customer Service Executive to join their team.
Key Responsibilities include:
- At least possess a Diploma, Bachelor s Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
- Excellent communication skills in English and other languages including active listening
