Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to undertake the following:
Responsibilities:
Matching purchase invoices & delivery notes
Nominal coding & Posting of purchase invoices
Obtaining supplier statements
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Payment runs for expense suppliers
Perform some admin duties
Good Communicational skills
Salary: 23000/
Skills Required:
You must be able to demonstrate Excel to an intermediate level as you will be creating spreadsheets and maintaining databases. You must be able to demonstrate familiarity with Word and Outlook to write communications and also communicate via email. Experience in using Accounting Software would be preffered.
