Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant 2024

Responsibilities

• Performing admin tasks such as updating Project Management platform

• Draft/create Client monthly reports

• Email clients closely to report any SEO wins

• Drafting marketing emails

• Communicating with clients and associated partners

• Coordinating with the Digital Marketing team to perform all marketing activities

• Preparing and conducting FAQs to gather customers feedback

• Researching the latest market trends and keywords

• Posting the keywords ranking in Slack by using the AHREF/Serpwatch tools

• Keep track of the subscriber count

• Attending internal marketing training sessions

• Analysing and monitoring online marketing metrics

• Closely working between the SEO team and clients

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing or a related field

• Have fulltime or parttime experience as a Digital Marketing virtual assistant

• Know SEO tools like Google Analytics Google Search Console

• Must have good computer skills

• Capable of working under pressure

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Familiarity with Google Ads and SEO

• Excellent organisation skills

• Can work in a competitive environment

Salary:

AUD $800 per month $800/4.345 weeks $184 per week

8 working hours per day 40 hours per week required.
