• Electrical trouble shooting and wiring, schematic reading, plumbing and mechanical trouble shooting and repair for all the kitchen equipment
• Maintain kitchen equipment’s parts inventory.
  

Qualification Standards Education

High School graduate or equivalent

Experience

2 years previous experience in this, or similar field.
