Sales Manager - Hotel

Direct all sales activities to meet revenue goals and ensure implementing standards in all related tasks assigned, in addition to achieving team goals and increasing the employee satisfaction index with a clear development plan for each and everyone in the team. • Monitor and oversee the sales team on a day-to-day basis, monitoring sales action plans regularly. • Ensure all customers’ requirements are determined and met. • Actively promote an awareness of the customer’s requirements throughout the organization. • Management of the top producing accounts within the segment ensuring that client visitations and entertainment targets are met, focusing on high-end suite business. • Ensure that all relevant systems are updated with the client information, production, and sales activities. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field • Previous work experience in a five-star hotel for at least 3 years is highly preferred • Experience in customer relationship management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Creative in networking • Work experience in Qatar is an added advantage
