What to expect

In addition to comprehensive professional onboarding including a coachbuddy system from day one you will gain deep insights into the transaction business and the private equity industry. Look forward to diverse and responsible tasks such as:

• Assisting in the execution of transactions including the creation of commercial fact books and information memoranda
• Supporting growth strategies by assisting our clients in implementing their BuyandBuild/platform strategies
• Identifying investment opportunities through target screenings
• Contributing to market modeling and business plan validation
• Conducting primary (particularly expert interviews) and secondary research for market customer and competitor analyses
• Supporting product development and project and themerelated customer management
• Actively shaping the further development of Telescope (OKR system)

Your profile

You have an analytical and entrepreneurial mindset are an absolute team player with handson qualities and strive for collective success. In addition you recognize yourself in the following:

• A completed bachelors degree and initial practical experience in the consulting field (with a focus on Transaction Advisory Services/M&A) private equity or venture capital are ideal
• Proficient MS Office skills (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) are a given
• Very good communication skills in German and English
