Account Executive - MCE Professional

Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for business development and a knack for building lasting relationships MCE Professional is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in developing sourcing relationships and shaping procedures and processes within our innovative staffing agency.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and expand business relationships with corporations to identify staffing opportunities.
• Drive the development and execution of sourcing strategies to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and enhance procedures and processes.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients ensuring their staffing requirements are met efficiently.
• Focus on driving new sales opportunities including getting on calls sending followup emails and occasionally meeting with prospects in person.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development or account management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to drive initiatives and develop sourcing relationships from the ground up.
• Enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of a grassroots staffing agency like MCE Professional.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in business development preferably in the staffing industry.
