Security Supervisor

The essential functions of a Security Supervisor include but are not limited to detailed follow-up investigations, a variety of administrative tasks as assigned, scheduling, act as an intermediate link in the chain of command between Security Officers and the Director of Security, maintains favorable working relationships of all employees and performs other duties as assigned. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Security Supervisor to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.   Our team is our greatest asset and the key to our success. Responsibilities -Assists in the supervision of the Resort and Residences Security team. - Project an image of friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to provide personalized services to all building occupants, workers, and neighbors, whether over the phone or in person. - Honor the guest, employee, and hotel confidentiality policy. Act as a liaison with all law enforcement agencies, city and federal agencies, and hotel associations. - Assist Director of Security with responsibility to ensure the protection of guests, patrons and associates; their property, hotel property, building and grounds. - Enforce hotel rules, regulations and policies as well as our department’s’ rules, policies and standards. - Assist with control of loading dock to facilitate a respectful and efficient working area.
