QHSE Engineer

• Attends periodical or special HSE/Management meetings as required.• Carries out daily and weekly inspections to ensure compliance with all HSE requirements.

• Carries out risk analysis to take necessary measures to prevent risks.

• Provides the preparation of Job Hazard Analysis process• Conducts hazard identification plans and conducts safety walk down.• Maintains proper handling of records and documents in-line with a systematic filing procedure.

• Ensures that third party certification of drivers, operators and equipment is strictly followed as per procedure.

• Ensures total compliance with all Quality, safety, health, environment, and firefighting programs by providing guidance and assistance to all personnel working in the project

.• Daily inspects site before commencing work, checking for potential hazards that may result harm to worker, environment, and property and makes suitable recommendation to remove or control them and conducts continuous monitoring for follow-up actions.

• Implement corrective actions to report unsafe incidents and investigates the root causes including near miss and helps in constructing mitigation procedure.

• Monitors and maintains good housekeeping and ensures that wastes are segregated and disposed properly.

• Ensure that the quality management system is implemented and maintained.•
