What Youll Do:

Analyze and improve existing training programs: Identify strengths weaknesses and opportunities for optimization.

Develop and implement effective learning strategies: Design engaging training materials evaluate solutions and align them with organizational goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders: Partner with business units to create impactful training that meets their specific needs.

Track and assess program results: Analyze data conduct surveys and ensure training achieves desired outcomes.

Manage and contribute to organizational strategy: Provide insights and recommendations to guide learning & development initiatives.

Coach and mentor others: Share your expertise and empower junior team members.

Who You Are:

35 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or related field.

Bachelors degree required (relevant coursework or experience a plus).

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop MS PowerPoint MS Word and LMS.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
