• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed quarterly, semi-annual and annual sales targets/Gross profit to in order to contribute to achieving forecasted sales target and overall success of the company.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline in order to ensure a continuous flow of sales opportunities also Engage proactively with prospects to move them through the sales cycle, to ensure that the pipeline remains healthy and capable of delivering future revenue.
• Sales Activities Execution/ Prospecting: Identify and target the leads (potential customers) and engaging in key sales activities, including prospecting, client meetings, and networking events and utilize these activities to create compelling sales presentations and communicate product value to qualify their level of interest and determine their needs and requirements in order to generate interest in the company's products and build a pipeline of prospects and ensuring that opportunities are generated and advanced in alignment with market and client needs.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth product knowledge in order to articulate value propositions, advising clients on solutions that best meet their needs based on technical specifications and industry standards and address customer queries effectively.
• Proposal Preparation: Prepare sales proposals, quotations and pricing. This may involve collaborating with partners and logistics team to gather relevant information, conducting research on customer needs and requirements and follow up with customers to answer post tender clarifications or questions and address any concerns they may have about the proposal in order to meet the specific needs of each customer.
• Sales Data Tracking and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and document sales actions in the company’s CRM system in order to facilitate thorough reporting and effective performance evaluation.
• Customer & Suppliers Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and suppliers including conducting regular check-ins, provide them with updates and addressing any issues or concerns they may have to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Material Development: Develop sales materials such as presentations, products demos, and case studies in order to effectively communicate the company's products and value proposition.
• Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new projects in order to identify new opportunities for growth.
