Apple Certified Technician - Level 2

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Apple Certified Technician at Level 2 to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who specializes in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues with Apple products including Macs iPads and iPhones. You will be responsible for providing advanced technical support both remotely and onsite ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Tasks

• Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues with Apple products.
• Provide Level 2 support for macOS iOS and other Apple software and hardware.
• Conduct thorough analysis of complex problems identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with Level 1 technicians and other team members on escalated technical issues.
• Maintain and update documentation on troubleshooting procedures and technical resolutions.
• Keep abreast of the latest Apple technologies and updates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements

• Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience in a Level 2 technical support role with a focus on Apple products.
• Strong understanding of macOS and iOS environments.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to provide stepbystep technical help both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field preferred.
