The job

As a key player in our team youll have ample opportunities to shape your daily workflow and contribute to technical solutions process improvement and case management. Collaborate closely with colleagues to prioritize tasks devise shift plans and mentor our student assistants fostering an efficient selfmanaged team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing extensive support to super users and clients IT departments.
  • Facilitating system implementations and offering general customer support.
  • Installing and upgrading server software for client solutions.
  • Managing server monitoring and configuration.
  • Conducting testing and verification for new implementation projects and product versions.
  • Handling incident management and ensuring adherence to ITIL processes

We value a curious mindset and fluency in Danish and English is a must haveto effectively engage with colleagues across the Nordic countries England and Poland. Expect a steep learning curve initially diving into the intricacies of our healthcare clients professional domains supported by an extensive onboarding process.

Moreover were looking for someone who:

  • Engages actively and confidently from day one.
  • Brings several years of 1st and 2nd level IT support experience with telephone support skills as a bonus.
  • Demonstrates familiarity with Microsoft servers MSSQL and certificate management (preferred but not mandatory).

Practical Information

  • Location: Danish office at Havneholmen in Copenhagen (KBH V). Work from home a couple of days weekly is an option.
  • Working Hours: 7:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. daily.
  • Availability: Immediate joining preferred.
  • Remuneration: Competitive salary with pension health insurance including dental coverage free telephone internet and a delightful lunch arrangement.
