Pamono and Chairish are looking for a Junior Sales Manager fluent in English and an additional European language (Spanish preferred) to join our international hybridremote team at our beautiful office in the heart of Berlin. In this role you will primarily be prospecting acquiring and onboarding B2B clients who are new to our platforms. This role is hybridremote and will report to the Director of Global Trade.

Tasks

Your responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact and Pamono/Chairish expert to new B2B clients such as interior designers architects and hotel chains welcoming them to our trade program and ensuring they are fully set up on the platform.
  • Effectively manage and influence this group of accounts through proactive and reactive outreach.
  • Evaluate and prospect cold leads to bring new B2B clients to the platform.
  • Manage and track leads and sales opportunities via our CRM while maintaining an accurate pipeline and up to date records.
  • Work together with other members of the global trade sales team as needed to hit sales targets.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure a seamless experience throughout the entire sales process.

Requirements

Your Profile:

  • Excellent English skills (native level or C1) with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Additional Fluency in a second European language (Spanish preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Sales Account Management or Business Development
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a selfdirected fastpaced environment
  • Proficient with web based platforms and tools such as Google Docs and GMail
  • Getting things done attitude: high level of motivation and initiative great communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team

Desirable but not mandatory

  • Proficiency in any additional European languages
  • Preference given to candidates with experience supporting an ecommerce marketplace
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of home design
