As an Accountant you will be responsible for preparing journal entries and overseeing the monthend close process with meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Your role will extend to coordinating the compilation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations a critical aspect of maintaining precise financial records.

• Bachelor s Degree in Accounting/Finance discipline.
  
• Indepth Accounting experience.
  
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks Excel and Word.
  
• Rudimentary understanding of US GAAP and Fintech.
  
• Excellent communication skills including written oral and presentation capabilities.
  
• Experience meeting critical compliance timelines adapting quickly to shifting priorities and requirements and delivering on commitments to stakeholders.
  

• Prepare journal entries and ensure timely and accurate monthend close process with meticulous attention to detail.
  
• Coordinate the compilation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  
• Manage the timely issuance of monthly/quarterly financial reports.
  
• Complete monthly close activities efficiently.
  
• Perform accounting and clerical duties related to the maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
  
• Monitor all banking activities to detect irregularities.
  
• Reconcile and rectify all bank and credit card irregularities.
  
• Develop information tools and management reporting for key operating activities.
  
• Build financial models and manage the analysis reporting and monitoring of operating results.
  
• Record asset liability revenue and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  
• Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts to the general ledger by verifying allocating posting and reconciling transactions.
  
• Assist the financial analysis team with expense forecasting and budgeting when needed
