Store Operations Associate

• Key support to Boutique Manager on daytoday back of house operations including cashiering daily sales reconciliation cash counting on sales transactions and closing emails etc.
  
• Responsible on all shipping and receiving functions that affect the store inventory are processed accurately
  
• Responsible for an orderly and neat stock and receiving area as well as the general maintenance of the store merchandise replenishment packaging equipment staff uniform etc.
  
• Participate and monitor in all inventory stock counts and worldwide after sales service accuracy of receiving transfers damages and returnstovendors.
  
• Oversee compliance of all associates with established Company policies procedures and standards
  
• Manage boutique team in execution of operation tasks
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail/fashion retail/luxury retail
  
• Pleasant ad good grooming skills
  
• Passionate with fashion and luxury retail industry
  
• Attention to detail quickminded and energetic person
  
• Strong interpersonal communication organization and followthrough skills
  
• Good spoken English ability to converse in other languages will be an added advantage
  
• Computer and Microsoft utilities savvy
