Marmaris TURKEY Guest Relations Person Required

Job Description: Guest satisfaction during stay internal guest surveys answering questions / comments on social media and review sites (like TripAdvisor) responding to complaints etc.

Requirements:

Former experience in guest relations is a plus but not required if you have customer service experience.

Hotel experience preferred.

Ability to communicate and write in a professional manner.

Open to: British / Irish / Turkish nationals

Candidates are preferred to have Turkish residency or citizenship

Languages Required: English

Hours: Full time 6 days per week.

Start Date: Immediately.

Length of contract: Year Round 12 month position.

Package Offered:

Work permit (if you do not have citizenship)

Accommodation (shared) although this position is best suited to a candidate that is already settled in Marmaris with their own accommodation
Salary per month: In the region ofTL depending on experience

Travel expenses will not be covered
