Solution Consultant

The position

Are you an experienced customer service professional who wants to join our positive team to work on Solteqs own Commerce Cloud system together with Finnish restaurant and retail customers.

As a Solution Consultant you will work closely with our sales team to provide support during the sales process. Later as part of the system implementation you will configure the restaurant and retail system to serve the customers business and guide train and support them. If necessary you will have the opportunity to travel to the customers location. In continuous services you will solve our customers daily systemrelated questions and problems.

The work of a Solution Consultant involves a lot of interaction with customers. The job is fast paced quickly rewarding addictive and diverse. Your workday will include tasks related to implementation and projects customer advice and investigation of observations reported by customers. Additionally you will inform the customer of situation updates and other important information.

To succeed in this role you need to have an independent work approach and proactive problemsolving skills. Previous experience in the IT world or interest in IT matters is valuable for this position. The product team offers a wide range of different tasks and you will receive appropriate support and training for them.

Whats Desirable

Wed be thrilled to see that you have worked with:

• Previous work experience in either retail or restaurant environments. You are familiar with retail or restaurant business processes: customer service sales payment inventory and order management.
• Several years of experience with POS / store systems.
• Microsoft Azure and SQL expertise.
• You have creative and persistent problemsolving skills.
• Consultative approach to solving customers possible IT problems in implementation situations.
• You are solutionoriented friendly and communicate clearly.
• You have a passion for development and a desire to familiarize yourself with various fields of expertise and work tasks.
• Ability to work independently and smoothly with different clients and people.
• Fluent Finnish skills both written and spoken if necessary you can also get along in English.
• You are not afraid of challenges and hectic work and you are agile in your ways of working just like us.

The job location is our office in Vantaa where the role seamlessly blends office and customerfocused work in a hybrid model.
