Tasks

• Manage Resources take ownership of intake process and coaching junior managers and support their professional development
• Develop a strategy for large global clients standardize pursuit processes and drive client relationship development
• Contribute to pricing discussions ensuring value for both the firm and the client
• Act as a sparring partner for clientside tender teams and provide project management support
• Obtain client feedback analyze decisionmaking criteria and lead strategic messaging development
• Manage business development support oversee information flow and share best practices across business development teams

Requirements

• Bachelors or masters degree in marketing sales communications or journalism
• Minimum of five years of work experience with expertise in pursuing and winning sales strategies
• Experience in strategic projects consulting and professional services with a focus on business development
• Innovative and proactive approach while maintaining structured and pragmatic work methods
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills team leadership experience and strong analytical and project management abilities
• Determination to excel in the market elevate team exposure and effectively communicate success stories. Fluent in both English and German with knowledge of French as a plus
