Location: Travel Intensive 75% 25% remote

Salary Range: $70000.00 $80000.00

Bonus Structure: 20% end of year bonus

Requirements:

• 3 years experience training and implementing new L&D processes for best practices in recruitment developing onboarding processes and working with department leaders to reach company goals in a corporate setting.

About the Role

This role will work closely with each office’s directors and build training and onboarding programs for the internal staff company wide. There are 15 offices across 10 states and this role requires 75% travel. Company covers flight gas food hotel and incidental expenses.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement best practice recruiting trainings
• Develop an onboarding process for new hires
• Identify training needs and apply changes as needed
• Design career development programs for skill advancement
• Maintain up to date knowledge on recruiting and HR standards

Candidate Requirements

• 3 years of experience in training and development
• 2 years of experience working in a staffing firm (light industry staffing experience is a plus)
• Ability to travel 75% of the time
