The role is open to individuals with 4 or more years of experience in insurance defense litigation and were especially interested in those with a knack for firstparty insurance litigation and/or constructiondefect litigation. If youre wellversed in commercial litigation insurance defense construction defect product liability premises liability or bodily injury youre exactly who were looking for.

• Proficient in handling cases from inception to resolution including preparing pleadings motion practice conducting depositions and trial work
