Where you will be working

You would be joining a team full of people who have a passion for fitness an obsession with inclusivity with a productive approach to work who are keen to be leaders in their field and on the cutting edge of product delivery and creativity whilst supporting each other in everything they do.

The Role:

To drive & deliver increases in sales and retention and develop the clubs profile in the local community. Whilst maintaining user satisfaction and safety by supervising a team which provides outstanding reception fitness and group exercise services.

Key Accountabilities are:

Lead and develop the Reception & Fitness Team

To supervise the Centre staff

To increase sales and retention and develop corporate memberships

To be responsible for maintaining and updating sales data and club usage

To be involved in the implementation of the Clubs Health and Safety Policy

Support all staff in contributing to a positive working environment

To provide a clean and safe environment for all staff and users
