As a Senior Technical Consultant you will play a pivotal role in proposing technical solutions and working on consulting assignments using established standards methods and technologies to develop solutions and resolve issues. Responsibilities:

• Proposing technical solutions and working on consulting assignments using established standards methods and technologies to develop solutions and resolve issues.
• Proposing engineering solutions to meet the needs of customers at a high level.
• Actively seeking feedback for continuous improvement.
• Leading sales activities to win consulting assignments ranging from 50 to 250 hours.
• Negotiating directly with key stakeholders at customer organizations.
• Collaborating with contract management activities including invoicing and work in progress within your area of responsibility.
• Ensuring the delivery of assignments as per the agreed contract.
• Following work plans and cost estimates within your area of responsibility.
• Ensuring quality and timely implementation within targeted costs.
• Conducting risk and opportunity assessments for consulting assignments.
• Proposing and initiating actions to mitigate and control risks within your area of responsibility.
• Building internal and external networks for the exchange of information.
• Providing support and technical advice to colleagues.
• Supporting the development of new tools and processes for engineering effectiveness.
• Ensuring the usage of standard processes and tools.
• Reporting inefficiencies in processes and tools.
• Contributing to achieving agreed business financial targets for a technology business area or consulting team.

Your Background:

• ME/M.Tech in Electrical engineering electrical power systems or a related field is required.
• Around 5 to 12 years of experience in the design understanding and performance of power systems studies.
• Knowledge in power systems analysis as well as experience in software simulation tools such as PSS/E (power systems) EMTP (electronic systems) and/or Dig Silent Power Factory.
• An analytical mindset and selfdriven approach with a strong ability to take initiative to solve problems.
• Fluent in English.
