A Healthcare Management Group is in search of a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to see geriatric patients in a Nursing home located in Kilgore, The individual will provide comprehensive nursing and medical care to patients, adhere to organizational standards and policies, demonstrate adequate knowledge, judgment, and technical skills to ensure care plans and facility procedures are

Duties will include:

• Managing all Primary Care related consults
  
• History and physical exam
  
• Medication review
  
• Prescribe medication and drugs
  
• Check in with patients who have acute issues and establish a follow-up plan
  
• Reach an informed diagnosis based on medical knowledge and the patients medical history
  

Schedule:

• This is a Full-Time
  
• Monday-Friday
  
• 8-hour shifts
  
• No weekends
  
• No on-call requirement
