Qualified workers are the most important missing link in the energy transition towards renewable energy.

Tasks

• You are the key person for the expansion of our partner network both within existing partnerships and beyond
• You define the next stage of the partnership strategy and work closely with our marketing department to do so
• You identify opportunities to strengthen our B2B partnerships and present our product to potential customers
• You are responsible for existing partnerships and ensure that our activities are in line with business growth objectives
• You work with crossfunctional teams to ensure that potential customers are easily integrated into the sales process

Qualifications

• You have ideally experience in the field of partnership management or business development preferably in a fastgrowing company
• You have a good understanding of marketing and have an entrepreneurial acumen
• You communicate with great confidence and you are comfortable to pitch and negotiate with our partners and prospects
• You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy taking on new challenges
• You are excellent at communicating in spoken and written English and German
