For our client a leading home appliance sales company we are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator/Secretary. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Tasks
- Greet and assist visitors and customers
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage and organize company documents and files
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Requirements
- Proven experience as an office administrator office assistant or relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
