Your Tasks

Are you a creative thinker and word acrobat and do you have a good dose of enthusiasm for the further education of people to launch their new careers

You are responsible for conceptualizing content on all of our marketing channels our website and personalized outreach to our various target groups (online course participants Federal Employment Agency partners etc.).

Your tasks are...

As a member of the creative team

• you will write and edit content for a variety of projects
• You will be responsible for conceptualizing editing and writing engaging content for our marketing communications team and other company business units projects in various formats (including but not limited to print web mobile video marketing collateral and support social media)
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy clarity and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Working closely with the marketing communications and creative teams to brainstorm creative ideas develop concepts and articulate messaging.
• Write clear attractive copy with a distinct voice
• Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements.
• You develop strategies to always address our target groups in a targeted manner.
• You are passionate about the DCI vision and mission and represent them to the outside world.
• You monitor and analyze content performance in collaboration with the marketing team to develop future content strategies and initiatives

Your Skills

• Proven 12 years of professional copywriting experience with solid portfolio of work Exceptional writing and research skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Creative thinking
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• German (C1) and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in journalism communications or related discipline

Nice to have

• You enjoy working in a fastpaced agile environment
• Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides
• Keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design and innovation
• You are able to empathize with people in order to address different target groups.
• If you can also design this would be a plus
