Based on the standards and regulations applicable to the company, the station manager guarantees the successful completion of service to our customers (passengers, cargo). The station manager manages all the administrative tasks of the station, and is responsible for the compliance with Security, Safety and Quality standards and regulations regarding aircraft handling and operational
The station manager is responsible for the quality levels of the operations and monitors the SLA and the performance of the handling agents in order to achieve the targets fixed by the He/she has an excellent working relationship with the local (airport) authorities, AOC, and Handling
In case of flight schedule regulation, he/she is responsible for the coordination with the local stakeholder and informs the OCC of any events that might have an impact on the global flight
He/she provides and implements all necessary measures to ensure an excellent customer service and cost-effective
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the daily performance of the station in accordance with the company standards of safety, quality and customer satisfaction, as well as ground handling
Monitors all activities above and below the wing in order to guarantee safe and efficient station handling, excellent customer service, cost-effective handling, and compliance with safety and security
Solves both customer and ramp handling station issues when
Performs administrative tasks and
Executes the station invoicing
Requirements
Relevant experience as a Station manager (or similar duties in airports) or bachelor/masters degree in Airport management with a previous internship/trainee experience in the industry;
French and English writing/speaking competencies to deal with passengers;
Safety awareness;
Customer focus;
Stress tolerance;
Adaptable to change;
Able to perform shift
