Fulltime Project Manager

Project Managers are the most talented people on our team.

We re looking for a Project Manager with a minimum of three to five years of client service experience within an advertising agency and/or television production company environment.

Many of our clients are sport orientated so experience in that industry will be a competitive advantage.

The candidate must have a strong attention to detail be able to handle multiple people on multiple projects on multiple accounts at one time have a strong understanding of status documents set and stick to budgets the ability to present and upsell ideas form personal relationships with clients and contribute as a team player in the office are all key skills required in this role.

Requirements

Diploma/Tertiary qualification in either marketing or advertising.

Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint/Keynote).

Well organized efficient and methodical.

Comfortable with repetitive tasks and account admin.

Ability to multitask and handle a large volume of work is essential.

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Good attention to detail.

Ability to work well under pressure.

Ability to interact at both junior and senior levels with clients and within the company.

Advantageous:

Knowledge of workflow processes for production post production and graphic design work.

Knowledge of various sports and sporting codes

Should have an interest in the entertainment industry and inparticular marketing campaigns and show marketing interest in products shows and events being shown on broadcast and streaming platforms.
