Interview process

2nd round Video interview with some additional resources.

Onsite from Day 1 and the person open to relocate will be considered.

• Updating a lot of equipment in the manufacturing area and doing an automation roadmap.
• Several projects need to be executed between 6 to 18 months
• Looking for resources to start for 6 months.
• Group has 40 people. It is a large facility with 20 different lines.

Team Dynamics

Divided into multiple functions Facility group large capital projects.

Another group in charge of Software engineering enterprisewide computer system

Titles Validation engineers Validation Systems would be the best fit.

Top Skills:

• Filling equipment qualification
• Computer Systems PLC Rockwell allen Bradley systems
• Utilities with some packaging equipment
• Experience with invision

Minimum 3 years experience. Anything above that would work

Experience with the Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

Education At least Bachelors preferred in Engineering.
