COVID19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children s prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID19 will be required to sign a Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the respiratory virus season. Please do not submit immunization records or driver licenses with your submissions. This position performs a variety of technical functions and duties to provide for availability of supplies and equipment and maintains sterile field for operating procedures.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentCompletion of a Surgical Technician program or equivalent 1:1 combination of postsecondary education and experienceExperience Requirements2 or more Surgical Technician experience in a surgery setting.2 or more years of inpatient pediatric OR experienceCertification/License/Registry RequirementsCurrent BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Shift: 5 8hour shifts MF 11:30a 8p with Call (23 shifts a month) and possible holiday coverage.
