Job Overview
We are currently searching for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role you will play an important part in the technical and strategic implementation of Paid Media Social Media SEO and Content Marketing initiatives with a focus on delivering outstanding performance and results for our B2B client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset thrive in a fastpaced environment and exhibit a proactive drive to challenge the status quo

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute PR and Influencer Marketing strategies tailored to our B2B clients.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies throughout the entire marketing funnel for our B2B client base.
  • Conduct SEO audits and continuously enhance keyword performance.
  • Optimize LinkedIn PPC campaigns to drive effective lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Execute strategic YouTube marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn Quora and Reddit.
  • Oversee programmatic display campaigns to maximize impact.
  • Create and implement email marketing campaigns including email sequences and newsletters to facilitate lead nurturing and customer retention.
  • Manage sponsorships and direct media buys with key publishers.
  • Optimize G2 and Capterra listings including PPC management.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with design development and copywriting teams.
  • Generate comprehensive performance reports analyze data for valuable insights and present findings to leadership and clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales product marketing and marketing operations teams of our clients.
  • Stay on top of the latest trends in B2B marketing.
  • Demonstrate an ownership mentality by taking complete responsibility for assigned tasks and actively championing efforts to successful completion.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Exceptional knowledge of Paid Media and SEO principles focusing on effective lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Understanding of B2B demand and pipeline generation best practices as well as awareness of new trends and technologies.
  • Familiarity with custom event tracking and campaign tagging principles.
  • Proven experience in analyzing campaign performance extracting insights and presenting key takeaways to leadership or clients.
  • Proficiency in platforms such as GA4 HubSpot Mailchimp/Omnisend SemRush Google Search Console Google Tag Manager LinkedIn Ad Manager Google Ads Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
