Heres what youll do:

• Assist our students via phone email and chat in regards to their questions doubts and complaints
• Take care of the relationship with our students and Franchises assisting them on a life changing experience
• Stay uptodate on our latest courses/experiences and the campaigns
• Cover any questions and doubts about the services/experiences we provide
• Organise your workflow set yourself personal goals schedule callbacks
• Be an ambassador for the EBS brand worldwide!

Job requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience B2B and B2C in a similar working environment
• Full working proficiency in English; any additional European language is a plus!
• An understanding of EBS product or firsthand experience of an EBS course
• Experience of Windows operating systems and CRM systems including Salesforce
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
