Projects Manager Oil Gas Industry

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the activities related to a Greenfield Project with crossfunctional responsibilities
  
• Understanding of the Process Equipment Components Machineries being used in Project s Erection Installation & Commissioning stages
  
• Responsible for completing the project within the set budget
  
• Recruit and manage a team of engineers and support staff to lead the mechanical instrumentation and electrical activities
  
• Responsible for coordination of procurement of equipments and machinery as per the design specifications provided
  
• Playing an active role in finalising contractors and subcontractors for the project monitoring and accurately predicting job costs maintaining billing and schedules
  
• Responsible for coordinating erection and commissioning of the plant as per design specifications
  
• Responsible for liaising with various government bodies to get the required approvals and meet and maintain statutory norms as prescribed by relevant authorities
  
• Ultimately responsible for safety and quality being built as per the designs and standards
  
• Monitor personnel manning schedules to ensure they match project schedules
  
• Perform work inspections checks job progress and resolves project and contract related issues
  
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  
• Utilize industry best practices techniques and standards throughout entire project execution
  
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  
• Responsible for conducting HAZOP / process safety review of the P&ID
